*Floor Preparation- This can occur in two ways. One way is to use a self-levelling concrete which is a polymer-modified cement. This concrete is generally used to create a flat and levelled surface, eliminating any rough patches. The second way is to use a concrete floor grinder in situations where the sub floor is quite uneven containing high spots.
